Aditya Birla Leadership Associate Program LEAP

Leadership Associate Program (LEAP) offers hands-on, target-based learning across the Group's Businesses. The focus of LEAP is to groom exceptional individuals for leadership roles in the Aditya Birla Group.

Program benefits:

1. The stints are challenging and expose participants to a variety of disciplines and business functions.


2. Stint allocations are based on business goals and the participants' interests, strengths and development requirements, and provide exposure to a variety of businesses and functions.

3. Post-training, participants take on strategic or operational roles at junior management levels across the Group's Businesses.

4. The opportunity for role change and/or movement within the Group every 2 or 3 years is available.

Key elements of the 12-month training period

1. Over 2-week induction with an opportunity to meet the business heads and CEOs.

2. A mid-year review for any course corrections and a confirmation appraisal review at the end of the training period by business directors and senior leaders of the Group.

3. Career tests and career conversations for placements onto final roles.

4. A mentoring and buddy process to make career decisions and build familiarity.

WHO CAN APPLY:

Students pursuing a full-time MBA from select business schools with 0 - 4 years of pre-MBA experience are eligible to apply for the LEAP program. Currently hire students from across the following B-schools:

  • Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore
  • Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta
  • Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow
  • Indian School of Business, Hyderabad
  • XLRI School of Business and Human Resources, Jamshedpur.

TRAINING PERIOD:

12-month training period with 3 stints of 4 months each in sales, operations and functional and
cross-functional areas across businesses
